Slim Fast diet – Have you done it and how much weight did you loose?
Currently having a slim fast shake for breakfast & lunch with a slim fast bar in the afternoon, a sensible evening meal (small portions), no snacking and drinking water except for Sunday, I allow myself to have diet pop.
I went to the dr’s office yesturday to get weighed and I have lost 5 1/5 lbs in two weeks.
Anyone else go this route and how much did you loose?
